Summary

SNOW FLAME

Purpose: The freezing Snow, one that freezes everything.
Description: Snow Flames seem to operate similar to Giotto's Zero Point Breakthrough in that they are capable of freezing the Flames of adversaries.

Appearance: Snow Flames seem to vaguely resemble Mist Flames, though are much lighter in appearance. The margins of the flame are gradually turning into a light blue color, also there are some "sparkling" elements inside the flame.

Gelaro is the central antagonist of Katekyo Hitman Reborn Fate of Heat III: Yuki no Shugosha Raishuu! (DS Game) and the Guardian of Snow.

He's the teen Boss of the Bertesco Family, an allied Family to the Vongola since the times of Vongola Primo, and is in possession of the Vongola Snow Ring. His territory is the Catafalco Island on the Mediterranean. Gelaro thought that the Vongola were the cause of Beatesco remaining at the state since Primo's time, and that Primo used the Beatesco Family as a stepping stone; hence, he influenced his family to remove the Vongola from the surface forever by seeking revenge. Before the Choice Battle, he suddenly appears before Tsuna and freezes the Vongola Rings with his power. His reason for doing so seems to be for Tsuna and his Guardians to unfreeze their Vongola Ring, and, in the process, deactivate the 7 Crystals scattered throughout his island. Every stone that is deactivated will break the ice spike of the same flame type that seals a mysterious being sealed within them, Parvento, which was frozen by Primo and Beatesco's Primo. Gelaro believes that Parvento can wipe out the Vongola. In a confrontation with Tsuna and Guardians at Chapter 7, Tsuna discovered that Gelaro's Flame isn't the Snow Flame, but the Sky Flame in disguise (just like Byakuran, but Byakuran does not possess the Snow Flame). After Gelaro revived Parvento, he was defeated in an instant. Tsuna then found him at the door to Parvento's room, and Gelaro wants to join Tsuna and company to finish off Parvento.

After Parvento is defeated, he planned to suicide through self-explosion. Gelaro told Tsuna to freeze the explosion with him, and they succeed.

*Note : It seems (or was stated?) that the Snow Guardian was suppose to be the most trusted one in the family... or I think so~ but was exiled from the family or something, maybe due to betrayal (since it started during the fifth generation) for greed of power? I don't know but, I've read it in another made-up story somewhere and yet I've forgotten which site was it lol, sorry! All I've remembered that the snow guardian was erased from the vongola history after that so only rumors of that flame is left and it's forgotten and remained as legend in the mafia world and now coming back to take revenge. so you can say that it's a good guy yet a bad guy. Anyways, that means... I have few hypothesis but please don't blame me if I'm wrong for the outcome so try not to trust me XD

• the female fighter who fought and defeated the Giegue family at the end of the manga chapter 290 maybe is a snow guardian since is stated it's not other seven flames
  
• maybe all the Shimon family or only Adelheid are/is a snow guardian(s) since their/her flame(s) are/is stated flameless in the data at wiki
  
• the ring that Enma have now reacted with Tsuna's so maybe it's related to vongola and is a snow ring? it's sealed... I don't know XD
• I do not trust the Shimon family yet... cuz = Adelheid said she was taking a walk in chapter 290 when talking to Gokudera but it's so suspicious cuz (look at the background carefully) it's like the same as the place where the Giegue family are fighting with a female character so maybe she's that...... and why she's sweeping of dust form her skirt as if she had just came back from a fight? (quote : I'm taking a walk... yea right...it is normal to do that, sweep of dust while taking a stroll? or it is that she walks on a path that's full of dust lol~)
• And every time I see Adelheid after each time each guardians guard Tsuna, at the end of each part she always look from afar... so eerie, so what do you think?

oh yea, I'm wondering... what's that liquid "sin" thing anyway? will it make Tsuna more stronger after he drinks it so that he doesn't need to use pills anymore to activate hyper dying will flame? XD or it's blood of victims? eew... Anyway I think that Tsuna is suppose to be strong but his powers was sealed by ninth when he's young, there was one part though... It makes it look like another version of Shounen Onmyouji (another anime)... till next time.

"We used to know each other when we were young..."

We used to know each other when we were young. That was what I initially thought of as I stared at the coffin which belongs to someone I once knew. The grave keepers mercilessly scooped the soil up and repeatedly trashed it onto the coffin which was lying five-feet below in the hole, covering it up with dirt. I shed sorrowful tears among the other prayers at the funeral. I wondered if I should be grateful for what had happened or not. It was back then when we were kids when I first saw her. It was like everything had just happened yesterday. I thought for a moment before reminiscing the past.

I never had real friends to begin with. When I tried to have faith in someone once, little did I realise that the one who I called a true friend betrayed me. By the time I knew that would happen, I overheard him talking behind my back to my one and only enemy as I passed by the school corridor. I never knew that he was such a hypocrite. At that moment, I did not know what to do but scratched his name of my friends list. I felt disgusted and angered consumed me. Never again will I trust anyone. That was what I thought before I met her.

Alanna was her name. She was a transfer student and was arranged to sit beside me of all places. Suddenly, I found myself wanting to be her friend as she looked so mysteriously quiet like me before. We became the best of friends when we started telling each other secrets. Sometimes, she even helped me with my homework and she would never laughed at my opinions or decisions that I make. We even continued to go to the same university after our high school graduation. I was happy to have a friend who is always there by my side to back me up and encourage me no matter how difficult the situation is. To me, even her jokes were the funniest yet she always deny that when I compliment her. When she remembered my birthday, I was over the moon. As my birthday was around the corner, I began noticing Alanna's odd behavior as if she was trying to avoid me. She never spoke to me in class or even told me in person what had happened. Then, I had a sudden feeling she would someday betray me. Unable to withstand the pain of repeating the past, I became furious even having the thought of that. I decided to act like we were total strangers like her current attitude towards me now.

However, on one fateful day, Alanna did not come to class. Thinking that she finally did not want to see me, I kept quiet about it and acted as if I never cared. During class I had a phone call but I quickly turned it off so that it would not disrupt the class attention. I found out later during break that I had 7 missed calls and a text message from Alanna saying, "Happy Birthday!". I felt oddly weird at that moment having the message being sent to me during class period, even after thinking that she never cared. Later, a classmate came to me and informed me that Alanna was admitted to the hospital. Shocked by the sentence, I hastily made my way towards the venue. However, I was too late. A doctor said that Alanna had been diagnosed with a cancer disease for the past several weeks. Her body was weak to begin with. Several weeks ago, I thought, hey, it was the same time when she started avoiding me! A nurse came by and gave me a world-renowned beautiful music box, saying that it was from Alanna who requested her to give this item to a friend who might be coming here, me. The moment I hold the box firmly in my hands, I felt something watery cascading ebbing away on my face. I regretted and said to myself, "I hate you... how stupid of me," for everything I had done for her. If only I had trusted her like a faithful friend.

The only thing I can do for her now is to pray for her peace in heaven. I turned back and walked away from her name, that was engraved on a tombstone as the wind breeze smashed into my face and the sound of the wind sang melancholy. As I stepped out of the holy sanctuary, I heard a familiar voice caressing my ears. I shivered with utmost fear but relieved as I heard the voice, " you're my best friend, forever...". As I gazed up into the sky, I saw Alanna's face reflected from the evening sun. It was blindingly bright. A smile that changed midnight to sunrise. By the time I regained consciousness, I was reminded that I had lost a precious friend due to my foolishness.
